How Germany’s largest queer club became a people impact organization.

With its new employer positioning as a people impact organization, SchwuZ can now prove that it is more than just Germany’s largest queer club. We used our Human First Approach to develop a holistic transformation process that operates at a cultural, organizational, and comunicative level.

The result? A state-of-the-art employer positioning, a new motto, a clear employer branding strategy, a fresh talent acquisition campaign and a brand new social media presence whose content formats can be admired across channels starting in March.
